Christian Aid’s CEO to visit Ipswich

The Ipswich Christian Aid Committee has been able to arrange for Christian Aid's new CEO, Loretta Minghella to come to Ipswich in June.
 Loretta
Loretta is sister of stage/film Director Antony Minghella, who died a couple of years ago.

She will be speaking about her work and current challenges for Christian Aid, and there will be a chance to chat afterwards over tea/coffee. Christian Aid resources will also be available and the St Matthew’s Christian Aid Cookery Book “On Your Plate” will be available for sale.

The event will be held on Wednesday 15th June at 7.30pm at Bramford St Mary church:

St. Mary the Virgin Parish Church, Ship Lane, Bramford, Ipswich, IP8 4AT

Local organiser, Moira Kleissner, said “We are using Bramford St Mary's church as parking is easy there and over the years Bramford have worked very hard at raising awareness of, and money for Christian Aid”.
